Natural Teaching Curriculum, Inc.

The Natural Teaching Curriculum is a basic approach to learning by means of understanding how we learn and how we are an integral part of all nature.  This new, creative way of learning will help students learn to their very best and it will help teachers become familiar with their students’ way of learning, their skills and abilities and interests.  It starts with children as young as three (3) years old and up to teens as old as 18 years old.  It builds upon knowledge of science and nature and by using hands-on activities, with guiding questions and individual lessons, the students will not only learn the information, they will enjoy learning and retain the information.

Brain development and skill development are basic components of the teaching structure of the curriculum.  Each student will have individual instruction given to them according to their brain development and physical, social and emotional abilities.

An individual journal will be kept by the teachers and passed on to the next teacher as each student is promoted at their own rate and ability.  Those who are exceptional learners will be promoted according to their abilities and those that need more time to understand, will be given the time they need to understand basic concepts.

Students will be given the positive motivation and strong self-esteem they need to do their best and achieve all they can.  They will be guided on a career path that their skills and abilities take them.  This will keep the drop out rate to a minimum and hopefully will eliminate it all together as students will be learning along a path that they have chosen by their innate skills, brain development, and abilities.  They will find it to be a very positive experience to stay in school and learn all that they can.

Nature is the best teacher.  Science is the study of nature.  So the curriculum is based upon science and nature of humans and the universe.  Everyday a lesson will be provided that will be the basis for all other lessons that day.  Everything will tie together and keep the student working on the same thought in all the subject matter.  Solving a problem in math, reading more about it, and researching with experiments, and technology.  All the subjects will have a lesson that ties to the science activity and will be at the student’s level of understanding and skill abilities.
